How do I get started?

Who will be writing my documents or conducting interview coaching?
All of our writers and coaches are native English speaking. Our team are highly experienced across a broad range of industries in both the private and public sectors, and continue to achieve excellent client results.
Our writers and coaches have been professionally trained and have extensive experience in attraction, recruitment and selection. Our team members bring various industry experience to complement their astute writing and coaching skills.
What are your turnaround times for written documents?
We have a standard turnaround time of five business days from receipt of payment or from your scheduled phone consultation.
Do you offer a priority turnaround service?
Yes. We offer a 48-hour priority service and a 24-hour priority service, depending on writer and coach availability. If your application or interview date is fast approaching, please contact our team as soon as possible.
Can I request changes to the completed documents?
Yes. We offer one set of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final product.
How do I pay?
We require 100% of the service fee upfront and accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
Do you provide a guarantee?
No. Professionalise Yourself has a proven history of delivering excellent client results. However, there are many factors that determine the outcome of a client’s application. There are instances where another candidate’s experience or skill set is preferred, or the panel may show bias to a known candidate. Our services are consistently delivered to a high standard, however we do not guarantee that you will be found suitable.
